I found all I was looking for plus. I had difficulty finding somewhere to just change my brakes on my 2016 Volvo XC90. Since the dealership and Volvo have made getting service to this car difficult as everything is electronic and or computer based not many shops have the equipment to service my vehicle, including a local well known shop that supposedly specializes in Volvo's could not even service it. Elliot's not only completed the service but the service was impeccable. The staff and the owner were awesome, They are all so down to earth and to top it off they dropped me off at my home which was very close, and I expected them to call me when it was ready for pick up which they anticipated it may take a few hours so I left my vehicle. Within a hour or so the owner was at my front door to pick me up to take me back to the shop as I had forgotten to leave my phone number. They went above and beyond which very few auto shops do today. I was so impressed and excited to find this little gem that it is now officially my new go to shop. When you have a luxury vehicle and tired of dealership prices and service this is the go to place. I could not have asked for a better experience. Every time I have been there , they remember who I am and are right on top of any issue my car may be having. They have even gone so far as to provide me with a loaner car to drive while mine was in the shop and given me rides to work! read less -
