I spoke to him on the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable about the 'subaru head gasket' problem. He got the car in fast and was very thorough with his exam, he didn't try to 'oversell' me anything. Both the men I dealt with in the front were caring and courteous, I wish they were closer to where I live, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They deserve all the business they can handle.
